I am Lina and I didn’t create The Calm Code™ because wellness was trendy. I created it because I needed it.

From a very young age, I learned what it feels like to live inside uncertainty.  A serious childhood illness. Moving countries. Financial hardship. Caring for a terminally ill parent. Later, emotional burnout, long periods of separation, and navigating menopause.
